Going to try it.

Okay so Im going to order Nutrasystem. My friends that have used it say its great. After I had my Bailey I gained a lot of weight. The Doctor said its because I was STRESS eating. I was living apart from my husband with hardly any help taking care of my three babies. It got really trying at times. Well I plan on starting up my exercise plan next monday. So I will have a head start by the time the food gets here. I lost 35 lbs before I got preggo and I did that by walking and cutting out junk food. Portion Controll is really hard right now. Well okay just wish me luck. Hopfully by the time I go to Vegas again I will look and feel better.

      I wish u all the best at your new plan!! I worked so hard at the gym, and eating healthy after I had my daughter...It soon became a way of life...Once u start physically feeling better, your not tired anymore, the gym actually becomes fun! Especially, as you watch your body start to make progress and transform! it becomes addicting... Don't be too hard on yourself...i was, and it was all wrong

      Try it... I did last year & lost 16 pounds in a little over a month.... Georgia
